About me
Ragini Prasad.
I believe that within chaos, conflict, and challenge lies the opportunity to discover who you are - and unlock potential you may not have known you possessed.
I'm a coach. I'm a consultant. I'm also a mother — navigating the same competing demands on time, identity, and ambition that some of my clients face every day. I don't simply coach through chaos and change - I've lived through it myself.
Over three decades in consulting - primarily in Data, Analytics, and AI - I've led global teams, held multi-million-dollar profit-and-loss responsibility, and partnered with clients on transformational initiatives at every level of the business. I've built my own path by leaving comfort zones and choosing the harder road, more than once. I offer a safe and confidential space for leaders and professionals to navigate career decisions and personal ones - in my experience, the two are rarely separate.

A simple, three-step start.
No forms upon forms, no obligation. The first conversation is free, and it exists so we can both decide.

30-minute discovery call.
We get to know each other, and I learn what you're aspiring to achieve.

Decide if we are a good fit for each other.
If it is, we enter into a coaching agreement.

Begin coaching sessions.
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

Coaching is virtual and available worldwide.
Sessions are held over Zoom, so where you are does not matter. If you are outside the US, or these times do not work for you, please reach out to me directly - we can look for another time for our sessions that works for both of us.
